There are two color steel sheets on both sides of the heat reserve panel (sandwich panel) , the core material is ( XPS,PU) , the thickness is about 25mm, the whole panel only need to stick once , then complete, the whole panel is strong enough.

The width of the panel would be more than 1200mm, it is not limited by the width of the color steel sheets; the two sides of the floor adopt color steel sheet, there is 30mm plywood in the middle, could bear the weight of the equipments in the box.
